Lena’s spiritual awakening began as a dedicated, long-time student of ancient Chinese and Tibetan meditation and breath techniques. In 2006 she traveled to China to receive an extensive, 1 month long training with Master Xiao Tie Seng, one of the few remaining practitioners of the old original style T'ai Chi Quan. Through the years of these sacred practices, she unlocked a profound alignment of body, mind, and spirit. Over time, she naturally began sensing the subtle energies of people around her, which eventually opened her awareness to spirits beyond the veil.
To refine her natural gifts, Lena traveled to England to study under esteemed tutors of the world-famous Arthur Findlay Spiritualist College. She trained intensively under legendary spiritual teachers like Eamonn Downey, Minister Lynn Parker, and Minister Val Williams. She is continuously elevating her craft and is currently completing an advanced mediumship certification course with international teacher and bestselling author Linda Rauch.
