Services 

 Theta Zone™ provides mediumship readings and spiritual guidance services intended for personal insight and self-reflection. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to book a reading or use our services. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 

Spiritual Services Disclaimer 

Mediumship readings and spiritual services are provided for guidance, personal growth, and entertainment purposes only. Information shared during readings should not be considered medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice and should not replace professional services in these areas. 

Payments and Bookings 

Fees for services are displayed at the time of booking. Payment is required as specified during the booking process. Any cancellation or rescheduling policies provided at the time of booking are considered part of these terms. 

 Refund Policy 

We strive to provide meaningful and authentic mediumship readings. However, on rare occasions, a reading may not proceed as expected. If, in our professional judgment, no Spirit communicator comes forward during the session and a mediumship reading cannot be provided, the client will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that reading.  Refunds are not available solely because the information received during a reading did not meet personal expectations, including the desired identity of the Spirit communicator. Mediumship is an intuitive and spiritual process, and there is no guarantee regarding which Spirit communicator may come forward during a reading. For example, a client may hope to connect with their mother, but another Spirit communicator may come through instead. By booking a reading, you acknowledge and accept that the desired identity of the Spirit communicator and the information received during the session cannot be guaranteed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Theta Zone™ and its owners, affiliates, and representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in any mediumship reading or service.
